The HSE and the National Ambulance Service are supporting ‘Restart a Heart’ again this year, by offering CPR familiarisation sessions for all HSE staff on Tuesday 16th October.
The HSE National Ambulance Service will be providing CPR awareness, familiarisation, and training sessions across the country. This will be in partnership with HSE resuscitation training officers, Irish Heart Foundation CPR instructors, Community First Responders, the voluntary & auxiliary ambulance services, and the Prehospital Emergency Care Council.
The CPR familiarisation session will take approx. 20 – 30 minutes of your time, but it could help you to save a life. Don’t hesitate book your place today at www.hse.ie/restartaheart. Even if you attended last year or are CPR trained, come along and practice your CPR skills!
Last year, over 1,000 HSE staff attended our CPR sessions in HSE venues. This year, we are extending the invitation to family and friends, so please encourage your family and friends to attend any of the sessions listed.
