Dear Colleague,

As part of an MSc project, the HPRA is working with Regulatory Science Ireland in a project that involves a collaboration between the HPRA and the School of Pharmacy, UCC (information sheet attached).  This project involves research into issues around biological and biosimilar medicines.

A survey of nurses, doctors and pharmacists is currently being conducted as part of this research.  The purpose of the survey is to explore awareness, attitudes and behaviours relating to adverse drug reaction reporting.   The questionnaire has a specific focus on biological medicines.  The questionnaire contains multiple choice questions and should take about 10 minutes to complete via the link below.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could complete this questionnaire and distribute this mail with the attached information sheet to registered nurses and midwives in your area via your network.  No experience with adverse drug reaction reporting or biological medicines is required in order to complete the questionnaire.

For further information on the study please follow the link or see the attached information sheet.

Many thanks for your assistance with this project.
