In order to maximise your contribution to the delivery of value for money patient services, you need to have a solid understanding of financial management and how it works.
To support you in this regard we in HSE Finance are launching a series of finance training materials via the HSELanD Share Centre.
This new resource will host video sessions, audio sessions, presentations and documents on a wide range of finance topics, which can be viewed and downloaded at your convenience.
The training materials available will assist you to:
- Develop your Confidence in Financial Management
Taking the “fear” away from working with financial reports and documentation, allowing you to gain valuable insight from financial data.

Allowing you to interpret financial information more effectively.
