What do we need to communicate? Electronic records, integrated care and patient-centricity


Electronic health records are simultaneously the vision and the dread; the solution and the problem. Integrated care is everyone’s goal and everyone’s disruption. And putting the patient at the centre is at the same time obvious and a challenge. This workshop will try to open up some of these issues, show what can be achieved and what are the pitfalls, and highlight the role of nurses as users, information generators, and key influencer
