Drilling Deep into the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 – Considerations for Health and Social Care Practice
The HSE Assisted Decision-Making and Consent Office, the School of Law UCC and the Decision Support Service – Mental Health Commission, are hosting a conference on the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 on Friday 29 November 2019 in University College Cork.
The conference runs from 9 am until 4:30 pm and will be live streamed. Please click here to join proceedings.
The conference brings together key Irish and UK experts to examine what the 2015 Act means for health and social care practice. It also aims to highlight the importance of ensuring that this critical piece of human rights legislation remains a priority for full commencement at Government level
