A programme to support the promotion of positive mental health and well being
This is a one day training programme to support those working in the health and community sector to promote positive mental health and well being in their everyday work

The main aims of this training are:
To increase participant understanding of what influences mental health and well being and the strategies that can be used to promote positive mental health in their professional role.
By the end of this training participants will have:
- A better understanding of the broad determinants of mental health and well being
- Increased their knowledge of the positive psychological concepts which underpin mental health and well being
- Experienced practical activities which can be used with their client group to promote positive mental health
Who should attend? Anyone working in the area of health, community or education, where promoting positive mental health is, or could be, part of your work.
