Dr Mark Forrest fly in to share their experience.

At EMS Gathering we strive to facilitate delegates ‘learning with leisure’ from each other; the atmosphere is fun and relaxed and we bring people out into the great outdoors where new acquaintances and friendships are forged along with learning objectives. This year’s morning sessions will be held in the Everyman Theatre; the conference hotel is the Metropole Hotel; check out our website www.emsgathering.ie

Our ‘learning with leisure’ workshops in the afternoons include Airport Disasters at Cork Airport’s training facility, a Street Medicine workshop involving Addiction, Homelessness, Liaison Psychiatry and Ambulance Services, Crew Resource Management training on board a vessel with members of Irish Air Corp, difficult entrapment and extrication challenges with the ATACC faculty, health and wellbeing workshops on kayaks on the River Lee or the lusher surrounds of the Metropole, the Sepsis “pus bus” tour and the Tour de Force of emergency skills workshop as well as POCUS workshops and much more – the list is extensive!

We are delighted to co-promote RESUSCITATE running the 10-11th Sept at ASSERT, UCC where you can practice resuscitative skills on fresh frozen cadavers https://www.resuscitate.ie/ with international faculty.
