Evaluation of the National Dementia Strategy

 

You are invited to take part in the evaluation of the National Dementia Strategy and its Implementation Plan by completing the survey below. Researchers from University College Cork (UCC), in partnership with the market research company IPSOS MORI have been commissioned by the Health Service Executive (HSE) to complete this evaluation.

 

The purpose the National Dementia Strategy, introduced in 2014, is to improve life for people with dementia in Ireland. We would like to hear your views about the National Dementia Strategy and its Implementation Plan and how it has impacted you and your organisation as a health and/or social care provider. You are invited to complete this questionnaire electronically and share your views. All your responses will be anonymous and confidential. Your responses will be combined with others to produce an aggregated report.  No one individual will ever be identified.
